About SOL
Stochastic Optimization Limited was incorporated in August 2003 with a mission to make high-quality stochastic optimization techniques available to industry.
SOL's members have many years of experience researching and applying these techniques to a large number of business and industrial problems. SOL was founded to develop the research into easily accessible and usable tools.
SOL is independent of the
Electric Power Optimization Center (EPOC) at The University of Auckland, but holds exclusive licensing rights to optimization and simulation software developed by this research group.
