SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 1-2 days of placing your order via tracking NZ post in either a cardboard or compostable packaging.

Please allow time for Rural and South Island postage as well as current delays due to staff shortages while dealing with Omnicron. Once your parcel is picked up a tracking update will be emailed to you from our provider, please check your "junk" mail folder if you do not receive this email. 

All international orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of order. Please note orders are NOT tracked due to the cost of postage. All International orders will be the care responsibility of the person who placed the order we will not take any responsibility for missing orders. We hope to be able to expand Sol to your Country in the coming years.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Here at Sol we want you to love what you receive. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to give you a full refund minus your shipping fees.
