Leonie is a friend of Sol, so we thought it was about time we introduced her, and let you know a bit about the awesome work she is up to.  We have some been doing a bit of a collab with Leonie this Summer, and she has some exciting events coming up soon, which you can learn more about on her website. 

There has been a recent study in the USA into the effectiveness of applying a mineral sunscreen and then adding a foundation or moisturiser that contains a chemical sunscreen. It turns out that this isn't generally a good idea as they can react to each other and cause you to burn, even though you thought you were doubling up on protection.

We're all about caring for your skin with your suncare, and so if you do end up with a case of sunburn, here are some helpful tips to soothe and repair that painful dose of regret and help to prevent blistering and peeling. 

Yes, our kids' skin is so precious, but don't we deserve the same level of care as Adults? Why would we put something more harsh on an adult's skin then something more gentle on our Children? This just does not make sense to us here at Sol HQ.
