Kids Or Adults Sunscreen. Is There Really A Difference?

Kids Or Adults Sunscreen. Is There Really A Difference?

Is there really a difference between kids and adults sunscreen?

Here at Sol we see no difference in creating an Adult Sunscreen and a Kids Sunscreen...

I mean, what's really the point?

Yes, our kids' skin is so precious, but don't we deserve the same level of care as Adults? Isn't our skin precious too?
Why would we put something more harsh on an Adult's skin then something more gentle on our Children? This just does not make sense to us at all here at Sol HQ.
Not to mention getting all your beach items down to the beach when you have kids is a serious activity in itself. Water, shade, snacks, spare clothes, the list goes on!
Do we really need to add more to our list of items by grabbing your kids sunscreen and your sunscreen?
Generally speaking... NO.
We are here to let you know that most Sunscreens have little to no difference in their ingredients. Children's sunscreen is generally mineral based, because it's gentler on the skin.
For us, we stand firm on choosing a Mineral Based Sunscreen for the whole Family to use. It's great for sensitive skin, better for the environment and gives a good physical blocker. With the added bonus of only having to remember ONE sunscreen for the beach all while saving on $$$ too! BONUS!
Our Mineral SPF 40 Sunscreen is Safe for 6 months+ so it's not going to expire before you get a chance to use it, another money saver.
So while advertising might tell you that you NEED a kids (or baby) sunscreen, and an adults one, you really DON'T. Find a mineral based sunscreen that is suitable for ALL ages and skin types and save yourself the hassle of carting around multiple sunscreens!
Like ours 😉
